We need to thank everyone who came to our aid from 8:30pm Friday night. We contacted the emergency line and they put us through to the technician Gary who Face Timed us to see if we could work out what was going on with our lift. So at the end, Gary sent out another technician (Luke) to the site, by this time it must've been 10pm Friday night. In the dark he tried his best to see what was happening to our lift. All the time Gary was on Face Time with Luke to brain storm the issue. They were unable to fix it there and then, because the lack of light. So then to our amazement Luke managed to get me up stairs to the main part of the house (as I am paraplegic). During this time Gary continued to keep us updated with progress of plan of attack and time frames and who was coming out to get this sorted.Then about 10am Saturday morning Jack and Tim showed up (it was 36*c+) and the start of a long weekend. If these guys didn't come I would have been trapped in my house for 5 days, until after the long weekend.You have know Idea how grateful my wife and I are. It would've been a very long miserable weekend for me if you hadn't of helped us out. You all worked so well together as a team. We wish you well.THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!Darren and Teresa Sheens

During the design and planning stage Simon was most helpful with this tricky long-tail project, with excellent attention to detail to ensure the end result was exactly as planned. Mark and his installation team were professional and reliable, and communication was excellent. Darren and Vincent were very accommodating and worked cooperatively with the builder and us to complete a high quality installation. The end result is fantastic, and have no hesitation in providing a recommendation.

No matter what time of the day or night that our lift decides to take a holiday, the amazing people at the Lift Shop are always happy to assist. We have just had an exterior mobility lift installed by the Lift Shop in Perth.We were very impressed with the advice and help we received from Simon, the Sales and Design Manager.The 2 Technicians who installed the lift (Darren and Troy) were outstanding. They arrived on time every morning, worked meticulously during the day, cleared up the site before they left each night and finished the installation exactly on time.The Supervisor, Kien, and Chris were very helpful in the handover of the Lift.The co-operation between Lift Shop and our Builder was excellent.Can highly recommend Lift Shop, Perth.It is now 2 years since we had our lift installed and we are very happy with it.The maintenance has been done each 6 months by Kristopher Lynn who is an excellent technician. Kris is always punctual, friendly and very careful - he is a pleasure to deal with.

Just had the Q1 Lift installed by Jack P and Lucas and I am very impressed. They’re attitude was very profession and they were two great young lads to talk to. We created a multi-generational house as we are older with younger children.We looked at a number of options but were so pleased to find The Liftshop in Richmond.The experience was outstanding from first contact to service.I love the Art Deco ceiling of our very elegant lift.I particularly would like to give a Shout Out to Ian Coutts, sales person, and Joshua Hawkins who services our lift.Joshua is always very polite, responsive, courteous and explains matters very well. Even during Covid19 lock-up, Joshua came with a large mask on and did his job outstandingly so. We have a lift that needed an upgrade so Mark sent out 2 very nice and well mannered young men who attended to to the matter very quickly, while they were do the job the safety nodule failed ( fortunately not after they left) it saved us another call out fee and no one was trapped in the lift. This was attended to the next day free of charge as we are still under warranty by another very nice young man.

We went to several lift companies, we found the lift shop to be far superior than the rest. We were quoted similar pricing with the other companiesWe found that the lift shop had a better product compared to the others. The other companies had a tinny product, we found the lift at the Lift shop to be sturdy and strong.If you are interested in a lift for company or personal use. I would recommend the Lift shop. Seriously do your self a favour and go see them. Custom service 10/10.

We wanted to build our dream home and we particularly wanted an elegant elevator. We shopped around at various lift companies, but as soon as we saw the huge range of luxury lift cars at the Lift Shop, we knew we were in the right place. We spent many hours at the Lift Shop, and the staff eventually helped us to design a quite unique, luxurious lift.Some time passed whilst the house was being built, but the Lift Shop were always in the background, drawing up detailed plans for the builder to follow, including design of the lift shaft, entry points for cables etc.A few months before completion, one of the Lift Shop team came to our home to confirm all measurements of the lift shaft were exact to the mm.Finally the time came for the lift to be installed. Two Lift Shop employees took over a week to instal the necessary equipment and assemble the lift car. Then about 2 weeks after we finally moved in, the Lift Shop people came back to commission the lift, which surprisingly took the whole day, such was their attention to detail.And then, our lift was complete. I was totally blown away by the futuristic, sleek elegance of the lift, and the smooth, quiet motion was everything we could have hoped for. We have the most spectacular lift, one which would not be out of place in a 5 star hotel.We use the lift constantly, still in disbelief that we have the most amazing, stylish piece of equipment in the whole house. The lift is now the talking point of the house and we absolutely love it.Thank you Lift Shop - you exceeded all our expectations!Margaret & Alan Lewis

We searched and searched to find the perfect lift for our new home. After a lot of showroom visits to other manufacturers we decided to go with The Lift Shop. Our lift is amazing, the service, communication and everything in between has been exceptional. We had one teething issue and after calling Lucy, we had a team out on the same afternoon who fixed the issue and ran over the lift with a fine tooth comb to ensure everything was spot on.If you need a lift, don’t waste time looking elsewhere!We are very happy and had some amazing comments!!

We are so happy with our lift! In a compact house the space saved over a staircase was a big benefit. Add in the convenience of not having to cart shopping and laundry up and down stairs has been a real bonus. The lift is smooth, quick and quiet.All the team at the Lift Shop we super helpful. The installation guys were careful and courteous, the designer helped us to achieve the overall look we were after. Unobtrusive upstairs and a feature downstairs. We couldn't be happier. If you require a lift for either a high spec home, commercial showroom or business, then The LiftShop is the only place I would recommend.As a project manager for a medium size builder, we vet everything, totally dissecting it from the perspective of quality, service, price, and overall implementation. Liftshop nailed all of those categories and worked hard to provide a turnkey solution right down to payment and shipping/storage logistics at no added expense. Personally I am a firm believer in price not being everything and yet Liftshop scored with not only the BEST product in the industry (leading technology) but also beating an inferior elevator on price also. If you desire Ducati at Honda pricing, then give them a call.Firstly, I never award 5 stars because thats perfection and nobody meets that standard but what the hell, let's call it a typo and truly deserved.As far as service goes, our company was looked after by Simon Dowding the WA State Manager who excels on every level. Not only is he efficient, polite and honest but the entire approach was seamless. No hidden costs, no funny business or half truths, just the product (which speaks for itself) paired with transparent pricing. Simon is old world service and follows through long after the deal is done. I won't mention any names but some of their competitors were atrocious by comparison. Nobody else came close.In Germany, we have a saying....."the fish always stinks from the head". That is NOT the case here. Liftshop all the way across Australia and back to Europe seems to be run by good people who live/work by old world ethos of quality product matched with putting the client first. Thus far we have interacted with staff beyond WA, site managers/tech and into accounts, all of them proving extremely amiable.A notable mention also were the installers and supervisors (Ben Martion Darren Morton and Mark Johnston) who are incredibly helpful and polite. I think from the very first time we met with the sales people from this company, I felt we were in good hands. The lift was installed without any problems, and it looks and feels really solid. Service calls are just easy, nothing is a problem, and if I call for support, office people are really nice, and someone either calls me back immediately, or they send someone out really quickly, which is what you'd want, given it's a lift! I always feel confident using it, as did my husband who used it without any help when he was in a wheelchair and then on crutches. We had a decal put on the inside walls of the lift, and we think it looks pretty amazing! All round, I highly recommend Lift Shop if you're thinking about getting a lift.

When buying the lift was a bit off with the sales, and when the installing it got few more issues but Dave the project manager was so helpful and get things done.The after sale service was great! Lift Shop team come regularly to check and service the lift. So far four times serviced still included in the original purchase price.During the COVID, Lift Shop staffs managed to do their job and at the same time following the safety procedures. My wife and I have just had a beautiful E1 Italian lift installed by the Liftshop. The sales rep Simon was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful in personalising the lift for my wife's disability. He was happy to attend a number of meetings to get the location, size and fixtures correct, and had a number of lifts in the showroom to show possible finishings. From quoting, to administration, to installation and handover, their business is run like a well oiled machine. The Elevator game is a tough gig for builders to manage - there are always little issues and surprises that pop up on site or with installers or lift companies who love to hide behind their regulations to make life tough for builders on site. There are never any surprises with the Lift Shop because they manage expectations right from the beginning. If there are any issues they are rectified with no fuss. Below was my original post. After that the post the guys at Lift Shop did respond immediately and worked very hard to resolve the fault. It took a lot of perseverance on their part which to their credit they showed. Brad and the the service guys made it work and it is still error free. Whilst it was disappointing at the start they have recovered and now done a great job.These guys installed our lift and were very helpful during warranty period. After that all they wanted to do was sell us a service contract is spite of the fact since install the same error code CS Aperto comes up randomly and the lift stops working. They replaced a few things went away and scratched their heads came back and said we can’t understand it. To this day we have the same error message coming up.

Decision made to purchase a lift from the Lift Shop. Our initial dealings with Lift Shop sales personnel (Tiffany), based in Brisbane were courteous with all queries promptly answered. Attention to detail and follow-up was a trademark which saw them stand-out from their competitors. Installing a lift into an existing home is not without its challenges, creating lift shaft remote of local installer support and guidance can quickly become a nightmare if not managed effectively. The building of a good working relationship between builder and installer is critical for a “happy ending” when installation day arrives. The lift installers (Trent & Steve) were professional in their approach from the outset and displayed a high degree of patience despite the obstacles put their way by external parties. Work area was always maintained clean and tidy, they displayed all the attributes of a well-disciplined, self-managed work team. Queries were answered promptly and/or followed up in a timely manner. Commissioning of system (Joe and Trent) has now been completed in a very professional manner, with knowledge transfer appropriate for user. From the specification & design stage to the installation & scheduled maintenance plan Liftshop have provided an efficient & reliable service with a quality , architecturally bespoke lift car. I have a Freedom lift for which Liftshop has been doing the maintenance since installation.I have always found their staff to be helpful , polite and considerate. Daniel has been here a few times and has been wonderful to work with.The lift is a beautiful piece of equipment , assisting me in a great way by allowing me to move around the 3-Level home with ease. I have the lift for over 6 years now. It is the best thing I have ever bought for myself : better than my diamonds!

Today we had our regular maintenance service on our home lift that was installed by Lift Shop some 4+ years ago. We cannot speak more highly of this company. Impressive from the start. The lift is serving us well and all dealings with the company are always met with courtesy and professionalism by all staff members. Cannot fault them. Their technicians who visit our home to service the lift are all very friendly and skilled.Today we had a visit from Daniel. He had such an eye for detail, (even cleaned the dust off the machinery box in the garage)! Thank you Daniel for going that extra distance. The lift is working beautifully and so smooth and quiet.Great company...great lift!

Having chosen the Lift Shop was a wise decision. The Lift Shop team exceeded our expectations with a smooth transition throughout. I recently installed a Lift into my property. After looking around at the many options available I decided to go with The Lift Shop. From the moment I stepped into their showroom to the installation of the Lift, their professionalism, service & attention to detail was second to none. At commissioning they we extremely helpful to ensure that I had a complete knowledge of the unit and they spent a considerable time to ensure that I knew how to operate all of the safety features. The Lift is very smart and finished beautifully, quiet in operation & simple in its operation.I have had a couple of conversations with them since the install to clear a couple of points that I had forgotten and they were very patient and understanding.I would thoroughly recommend to anyone seeking a residential lift. My experiences with LIFT SHOP go back to 2007, when my wife & I first visited their Eastgardens showroom.From that time our experience with them in selecting our lift, purchasing, installing & using it has been first class.For us, having our lift is not only a convenience, but with my wife's physical restrictions, it is a MUST in living in a two story home. DO NOT USE LIFTSHOP. They break all their promises. They supplied a lift with a broken glass, then they charged me to fix it. Also promised me a rebate of 2k, then decided not to pay me and held the certificate ransom till i agreed not to receive the 2k. They sold themselves really well at the start, the rest was downhill. If you want a lift, USE someone else and dont let their sales tactics lure you in

trying to cancel the order and this is their response. Is this what you call customer Serivce?" You complaint about GST should be directed to Malcolm Turnbull at Parliament House, Canberra. It is the stupidest reason I have ever heard for reneging on a contract. ""A binding contract for the supply exists.Lift Shop has done design and engineering workThe client has paid non-refundable deposit monies.(we have offer, acceptance, consideration paid by both parties)The client has introduced some unusual claims as a way to try to get out of the contract without penalty, and I listened to these claims. It is my view that they are without merit or justifiable foundation.As settlement I offered to return all the deposit minus $3300 (including $300 GST) for the design work etc that Lift Shop has done.This offer was rejected and so is withdrawn and I assume the supply will continue.No fraud or improper conduct by Lift Shop, this is merely a case of buyers’ remorse but after the buyer instructed Lift Shop to do design work for them.Please direct all further issues on this contract to me for my personal handling.""No cooling off period exists in lift supply contracts and the deposit is clearly non refundable"Les KatzMANAGING DIRECTORIs this how you should respond to your customers?
