COLLABORATING WITH MPRDG (formerly JPR) and Buildline Constructions again, the design expertise of Lift Shop was called into play to ensure every detail and dimension was factored into for this exquisite holiday home in Sydney’s playground of the rich and the famous.

Of critical importance was having a lift design that would complement the centrally located four level steel shaft structure going through a three story high private rear courtyard with rock features and finishing at a timber deck on the upper level connecting the two wings of the home.

Due to past experience in the design team’s own private residences, once again the FreedomLift was specified for its minimalist design and reliable and practical features. To match the scale of the home, a large cabin of 1100 x 1400 was requested and other features included anodised aluminium doors with clear glass, cabin with both brushed stainless steel and clear glass walls and custom flooring.

With private uninterrupted view of the rear courtyard and finishing at the upper level with direct views onto Palm Beach – the owners and their guests will be travelling in style.
