AFTER WORKING with the Developer for several years, it was excellent to see the final result at this prestigious project.

To provide limited mobility access compliant with AS1735 Parts 12 and 16 and NCC E3.6, the 4 stop E2 and Shaft included the following finishes: RAL 7006 matt powdercoated shaft structure with matching door frames, transparent glass cladding to all four sides of the shaft, 3 piece glass doors on the landing and the cabin (the landing doors at the basement level were 120 minute fire rated ones). The opposite through car fitout of polished stainless steel on the drive wall with a vertical car operating panel and other wall of full size glass with flush horizontal car operating panel, white ceiling with LED spotlights and tiled flooring provided the perfect elegant modern feel.
