Our success, innovations and fast growth continued to be recognised when it was announced on 29 August 2008 that LIFT SHOP had been selected as a FINALIST in the National competition for Australia's most successful small-medium businesses.
Our final and official position will be disclosed at a formal ceremony on 12 September 2008 in Melbourne . Our Melbourne Management will be attending the prize giving on our behalf. |

We were thrilled with the feedback from all our existing and new customers who visited our stand this year. Already we have had significant results as a direct response from the show and look forward to being of assistance to many more. Everyone who visited the stand was complimentary of both the stand layout and our new brochures that were issued showing our new and extended range of finishes available. Some of the often repeated comments were “very useful information”, “you make it easy to understand”, “your brochures and tv slide show are very helpful”, “love the finishes on the lift – and the girl’s not bad either”, “ your staff really know their stuff” |

Lift Shop regrets benefits of comparison to Easy Living Home Elevators Pty Ltd (in Melbourne) may not be available long. They are moving 10 months after we opened and had been there for many years.
It appears the move is to avoid the sharp pricing changes, new technologies and innovative products that occurs in a genuine competition. Ignore their spin and come on in. -"extremely convenient and good for the customers" quote by prominent Architect referring to the close proximity of the leading residential lift companies.
Fortunately this comparison will be possible in Brisbane soon when our Geebung office and showroom opens. |

Urgent Solution required for Sydney's Circular Quay

In January 2006 an unfortunate boat accident occured when a ferry crashed into Wharf 2 at Australias busiest harbour-Circular Quay. Sydney Ferries were required to rebuild the wharf and include a salt water resistant lift to float on the Wharf.
This prestige job in the heart of Sydney between the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge with a short delivery timetable and high technical requirement, meant that Lift Shop was the favoured choice with its marine durable lift. (Shaft in glass and AIS 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel)
The Lift Shop team was selected due to its proven ability to promptly and reliably deliver.
The entire project was completed on budget and under time in 14 weeks. |
