Lift Shop is thrilled with the expansion of the custom built software TRIP (named for Tracking, Reporting, Informing and Planning). Lift Shops TRIP is a sophisticated client and lift management web based information system. This integrated package is live through all our offices Australia wide and to our clients and supplier partners world wide. TRIP contains all information about every single lift project.
Clients login through a secure connection and are able to view and download drawings, specifications, key account information, service details and other useful information - naturally this is live and accessible 24/7.
Lift Shops leading technologies apply to both the lift products and the lift delivery and maintenance management system. As a modern company, we choose environmentally friendly, real time, clever electronic based tracking rather than the cumbersome paper based checklist systems that were popular in the 1990s (and arguably added more costs than benefits - modern quality systems are the way forward).
We are confident that we deliver on time. As proof, Lift Shop is the only specialist residential lift company to have an on time completion guarantee.
The new mobile interface permits clients to view all their critical documents on a mobile device like the iPhone.

Freedomlift - The 2010 designEx new awards winner.
On the back of it's incredible recent success Lift Shop is now pleased to further announce the upgraded speed of 0.28mps is available for our complete FreedomLift range (note MaxiFreedom with sliding doors still provided with speed of 0.3mps).
Please ask one of our Sales and Design consultants for further details or visit one of our national showrooms.
The majority of the expense here is in the excavation rather than the lift itself. Lift Shop customers are amazing and wonderful people.
Lift Shops customisation abilities make dreams a reality. The following article was in the SYDNEY MORNING HERALD ON SATURDAY 24 October 2009...
This article from elevatori 2009 July/August (A bit of green) discusses various opportunities for applying new technology to achieve energy savings in lifts including "the most glaring example is the replacement of the hydraulic lift with a low-energy consumption traction lift"
In January 2006 an unfortunate boat accident occured when a ferry crashed into Wharf 2 at Australias busiest harbour-Circular Quay. Sydney Ferries were required to rebuild the wharf and include a salt water resistant lift to float on the Wharf.
This prestige job in the heart of Sydney between the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge with a short delivery timetable and high technical requirement, meant that Lift Shop was the favoured choice with its marine durable lift. (Shaft in glass and AIS 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel)
The Lift Shop team was selected due to its proven ability to promptly and reliably deliver.
The entire project was completed on budget and under time in 14 weeks.
