We don't charge you more for contributions, instead we have policy of passing some of our efficiency gains back. It is sensible and right.

We constantly strive to improve, as we improve, we keep some of the gains as reward, some is reserved for re-investment, some is shared with customers through better service and lower prices and some is given back to our communities.
