BRW FAST 100 - 2009
Lift Shop is thrilled to be recognized for the 4th year in a row at the awards ceremony in Melbourne on 28 October. We were delighted to be amongst other successful entrepeneurs and business leaders who have not only been able to weather the worldwide financial crisis of the last 12 months but to achieve recognizable growth as well.
This year we were ranked position 67 which was even better than our position last year. At the awards ceremony, it was noted that "all entrants into this year's list showed considerable optimism, zeal, confidence and entrepreneurialism" and proved that "capable business people are successful in both good and bad times"
At Lift Shop we are honoured to recognized with our fellow business peers and will obviously continue to operate our business fully aware that we can only be in a great position like this if our customers are happy ones.
Successful 3rd year in a row!!
Lift Shop was delighted to be nominated for the third year in a row as one of Australia's fastest growing and innovative companies - we were told that we had beaten hundreds of entries to even make the list !!. At the awards ceremony held on 17 September, Scott and Zoe from our Melbourne office proudly attended and collected our certificate awarding Lift Shop 34th position.
We would like to thank Smart Company for this honour and for also recognising our hedging and conservative business practices in their award ceremony speech.

Lift Shop's Bernard Edwards and Les Katz enjoy the BRW Awards ceremony at The Australian Museum on Wednesday 29 October 2008. The BRW magazine once again recognised the fast growth of Lift Shop. (5 years of consistent excellence in business, resulting in 3 awards in a row & an honour and compliment to the entire Lift Shop team).
In Sydney, our home city we are now market leaders and are proud to lead the niche. We do not spend significantly on marketing. Superior technology, sensible cost control and professional service is our formula and promise.
Our Client Satisfaction survey reveals high ratings (and great ideas to further improve.) Repeat clients and constant referrals is additional endorsement. Today we are recognised as the leaders in residential lifts with our innovative designs and technologies.

This list is published annually by the BRW magazine and only includes the 100 fastest growing companies in Australia. Our growth has been achieved organically and this is especially rewarding. Lift Shop a top 50 Finalist again for INNOVATION and GROWTH, further recognition of quality and service.
Our success, innovations and fast growth continued to be recognised when it was announced on 29 August 2008 that LIFT SHOP had been selected as a FINALIST in the National competition for Australia's most successful small-medium businesses.
Our final and official position was disclosed at a formal ceremony on 12 September 2008 in Melbourne . Our Melbourne Management had attended the prize giving on our behalf.
